LTA Bleached???? Help

I just ordered my LTA from live aquaria and it's inflated but is white idk of that mean it is bleached but it is not accepting food(just got it yesterday) is this normal? And where I placed it in the tank it has not moved since. Please help

LTA can come in white, green n purple. I see more white ones around for sale.

You can post the image link from an image hosting site or go to advanced post reply and below the message body box there is a section for attachments.

I've never seen a white one that was suppose to be white unless it was a secondary color or bleached.

There are also red ones.
