My tank has been established and the long tentacle anemonie has been one the the oldest in the tank. He has kept to his corner but now hes starting to move up the rocks up towards the sps. Does anyone have any ideas as how to stop him and if i put him back on the ground he will stop?

Nothing will stop him. They move where they want, right now mine is hanging upside down from my return...odd huh. They move when and where they want.

An established LTA moving from the sand and up the rocks is not a good sign!! How long have you had it? What is the lighting an how old
are the bulbs? any changes in the tank lately?

iv had the anemonie for 8 months and he is about the size of a small dinner plate, he has actully colored up from since when i bought him to a greenish purple, I had 260 pc but i upgraded then to 2 250 watt mh. I watched him yesterday and when the lights turned off he started sliding to the back of the rock into darkness and is now back out in the open to get his light. I do have mushrooms but few and small ones which i run carbon for them. I just dont want him to walk around when im sleeping and park himself on some of my sps.
