lta problems

I've got a lta that I've had for 3 years now and about a month ago he decided to park himself behind my live rock .Its color is fading and i cant get to him.His foot is attached to the bottom of the tank under a big piece of liverock and there is a power head blowing on him already.What should i do?

There's no way for you to drop food back to it?

How much light is it getting? How old are your lights?

That's frustrating, I hope someone can help you get things straightened out, my questions were the only ones I could think of that would lead to color loss (and target feeding may or may not, I'm not sure).
