LTA spawning

My LTA has been doing what i think is Spawning the past few nights. It is shooting out a misty cloudy substance that instantly turns the tank water murky looking shortly after lights out. It has done this the past 3 nights in a row. Also it isnt looking as full and plump as it usually does. Should i be worried or is this a good thing? Do they spawn out of stress just like btas split under stress?

Anemone can either spawn because of stress, or because conditions are so good that they can spare the energy required to spawn.

So tank specs (( parameters, lights, etc )) could help in determining if it is a good spawn or a stress spawn.
