LTE trouble

I got an LTE on the 6th. It looked "okay" until this morning. See photos...

I'm wondering if the food I have been feeding the clownfish is messing with the LTE. I got the recipe from Clownfishes by Joyce Wilkerson (http://www.amazon.com/Clownfishes-C...=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1320939259&sr=1-1)

Or... it maybe something else I'm doing/not doing.

The LTE seemed to be fine until I started feeding the shrimp-squid recipe.

Current levels:
Ammonia: .25
Nitrite: 0.25
Nitrate: 160 (spiked from 80 yesterday)
Phosphate: 0.25
pH: 8.30
Calcium: 580
Alkalinity: meg/L:3.6 dKH: 10.0 ppm 178.6
Salinity: ppt: 29.5 Specific Gravity: 1.235
Temp: 77.5

Dosing:
11/9/11 added 24 ml Pro-ammonia detox
11/10/11 added 36 ml Vibrance to raise iodide
11/10/11 added 36 ml ions to raise magnesium
11/10/11 added 24 ml Pro-ammonia detox

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You should not be having measurable ammonia or nitrites. How long has your tank been set up?

To add,,,

Your salinity should be 35 PPT.

What size tank? What lights?

EDIT -- looking at some past posts, it appears that this tank has been set up for a couple of weeks -- your cycle isn't even finished and way too soon for an anemone.

Ideally, take it back -- if possible.

If not, you are going to have to do a series of water changes -- need to have 0 ammonia and nitrite readings. In addition need to get your nitrates as low as possible. Lastly, your salinity should be 35 PPT.

Another, clearer, picture would be very helpful -- want to make sure that it isn't starting to decompose.

Sorry to hear that.

I wouldn't attempt another anemone for 6 months or so -- will give you and your tank time to fully settle in. In that time frame you will start to be able to see "issues" before they become problems.
