Lubbock's wrasses are known as a fish that is neither bully nor bullied. It might work, though s/he won't likely back down to the sixline so you might end up with a fight on your hands.
My Lubbock's is the boss of his little reef and handles a VERY agressive yellow clown goby (who intimidated an absolutely viscious maroon) and a Centropyge flavicauda angel (known for packing lots of attitude into a teeny package) with ease. He lives up to his reputation; he doesn't let anyone push him around, but has never shown the slightest agression towards another fish in the ~8 months I've had him.
