Lubricant for diagonal cutters

Hye all,

I typically use my dikes for fragging inside my tank as they are small and easy to get into small places vs my larger frag cutters. Wondering what to use to lubricate them? I rinse them with fresh water when I am done and dry them but they still get super stiff. Figure WD40 or the like would be out of the question. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Personally I'd just pick up some manicure shears at the drugstore which are basically just off brand coral shears. It seems like your tool is getting corroded along the joint and eventually will seize up on you, something stainless is better for putting in the tank imo.

What is a dikes? Auto-correct get you?
Thanks Bread. Sorry Mark. Old school electrical term for diagonal cutter. Had to look it up as I have never heard them called anything else. Like the nail cuticle nipper idea. Very similar and smaller yet.
