Lugol's dip.

I just bought a florida ricordia. Is it ok to give lugol's and fresh water dip? If so, how long? I think I read somewhere that this was not a good idea for ricordea's. Just want to make sure.

i d do a light lugols dip and thats it. these things are fairly hearty.
