i know some of you guys swear by this stuff, how frequently do you dose it?

I started dosing 1 drop per day (with my topoff water) in my 125 gallon about a month ago. Still too soon to tell any effects though. I've been cautioned by many about the potential for overdosing, so one drop is it (weekdays only).

I don't use it, but mainly have sps and lugols contributes to darkening of sps tissue, sometimes cause brownouts, and some fish are sensitive to it, certain tangs can't remember which, so I quit using it over a year ago. I know that softies like it, especially xenia, but again, I'm not using it, just sharing.
