lumpy stomach? what causes it?

I noticed that my puffer is looking a little lumpy...What causes it and should i be worried

Not a very good picture of it. But I have delt with something like this before and it was Internal Parasites. I picked up from prazi and it cleared it right up. I used the API General Cure which has prazi in it to dose the fish with it and after the first day it cleared right up.

Is the fish pooping out like stringing looking stuff? Almost like he has diarrhea?

unfortually I cant answer that...he passed away either last night or early this morning

Awe, Im sorry to hear that. How long was his stomach like that before he passed?

I would say about 2 days total...Tuesday he had it Wednesday it looked normal and then again last night...He ate a lot and was swimming around like normal
