Lyretail Anthia's

Hi,

I got 5 females and 1 male Lyretail Anthia's that I got from Live Aquaria. I love them! Beautiful fish.

I was wondering what other type of Anthia's are compatible with the Lyretails? Can I keep Barletts or dispars with them?

We are happy to hear your Anthias are doing great. We would not recommend adding more Anthias to your tank. These fish may be aggressive to each other, especially,if there is more than one male. It is possible, if they are added to an aquarium at the same time that they may get along, however, it is never guaranteed.

Thank you for your response. If your aquarium is large enough with plenty of hiding spaces and your Anthias have just been added, it is possible that a small group of additional female Lyretail Anthias will school with the previously added fish. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that all the fish will be compatible and if there is any aggression between them you may have to remove any new additions.
