Will three females from tonga or Fiji accept a male from Maldives? I need to get a new male, mine didn't make it thru qt. So I want to get another one quick before a female changes

I highly doubt it.. my maldives killed the fijis. at least they did not in my tank

My group is a mixture. It isn't an issue for me. Originally I had a Maldive male, and two females, with a lone Indo female. After the male died, the indo female changed into a male, with the two Maldive females remaining.

I would not, however, add a male to your group. Just let your dominant female change.

Ok. I guess I'll just let them stay in there a week or two more and make sure they are ok and then transfer em.
