Its nice to call and talk to someone not something.
Its nice that orders are on time and well packaged.
Its nice that emails get an answer same day.
Its even better to get free shipping and a free
t shirt. What really stands out is the respect that
M.D. has for each customer. Sunday I sent a email
about a product I wanted to return. Monday after
work M.D.s email was waiting for me. Thanks T.

Just a little update with M.D. Tuesday UPS delivered a
replacement product for the one I sent back. The bad
news. It also was not working right. Called M.D. customer
service today and talked(yes talked) to J. He asked
me to return the product and would credit my visa card
with the full amount. To off set the shipping charges I
incurred M.D. will ship my next order free. First class
customer service with respect. Thanks M.D. dbr
