mac firmware updates?

ok so i used my roommates computer, a mac with os 10.5, and i got the boot loader to show up. now when i try to load the apex4.hex it tells me it cannot find it although it is on the desktop.

I'm having the exact same issues. I downloaded the firmware and mono but when I try to execute the apex flash utility through the Mac Terminal I see an icon pop up in my dock and then quickly disappear and I'm left with the following message:

So has anyone figured this out?

i had to use a crappy little pc to finally get it to actually work. i bought it for 40 dollars off of craigsliat, but once i tried it with the pc it work immediately.

I just ordered Mac OS X 10.6 as that's what the firmware readme said it was tested on. $30 and I figure I need it anyway. We'll see how it goes.

I installed 10.6 and got the Apex Flash Utility to launch but now I'm having trouble creating an ARP Table Entry. I'm following the readme but must be missing something. Can someone talk me through it exactly?
