Mac/Koran Hybrid at NYA

I don't believe that I've seen this type of hybrid before. I know that both species have overlapping distributions on the east coast of Africa. They do appear to be closely related based on pattern and form. However, that could be due to convergence. Anyway, just thought I'd share and see if anybody else has any insight on this fish such as adult color, origin of collection etc..

They do come in through Kenyan shipments and most, if not all will end up in HK where there's a market for these hybrids. There's also a rarer hybrid between mac and chrysurus.
