Macna 2007 - Yes- Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great time meeting everyone and seeing all the new products. I've got a good 200 pictures but I'll make my own thread in the lounge with them since Steven told us to tell everyone what great of a time we had to macna. :)

Boy what a wonderful time. Just got back like 2 hours ago. This was my first MACNA. I am glad I made the trip out. Awesome fish, awesome coral, great equipment and nice display tanks. Great seminars as well full of helpful information. Ohh I ran into Marc(melev). I got a picture with him. He probably thinks Im a little weird. All this stuff at MACNA and Im worried about getting a picture with him.:rollface: I came home with a Bermuda 3C skimmer, a nice sized red Monti cap, a Froggy, and I won a gold Maxima clam from ORA. I cant wait till next year in Atlanta. It was the best 3 days of my life.
 
I'm uploading my pics and vids now so I'll post them in a little while. I was in awe the hole time, walked into a glass wall which broke the next day..... hope it wasnt from me.

Meeting Melev was the highlight of my trip as odd as that sounds...

I got a Tunze 6080, a huge Frogspawn, tons of t-shirts, and I won an ORA frag! Pics to come
 
I will be posting more picture tomorrow. It was a great time and everyone should check it out sometime. I am glad it was so close so I did not have to deal with trying to fly with all the stuff I got. 4 hour drive and I was him getting my corals into the tank and looking at all the stuff I got. I wish I could have talked to Marc (melev)
 
PS I hope the woman that won the 200 gallon Zero Edge posts and lets us know about it. I hope she was local and did not have to drive it a long way home.
 
Yeah it was a 4 hour drive for us(mishap and I) as well. Such a great time. I still cant get over. I didnt have enough time to do/see everything I wanted but I cant complain. Well, Im gonna try and hook my skimmer up. Hope that goes well.
 
This was my first Macna, and i must say it was great. Took plenty of pics,i'll post some later.

Unlike some of the others i was not lucky at the raffle,however my son won a biocube 8 which was donated by oceanic i believe.He was the youngest reefer at the photography talk by anthony calfo.
I even signed up for next years macna in Atlanta ,so hopefully I'll get to meet with others.

By the way anyone know the the teen that won the 178 gal tank.how did that turn out?
 
I'm going to sticky these for a week, so everybody hurry and post more pictures so we can all see the pictures. :D
