Yes MACNA moves to a new city each year. It works like the Olympics where a club bids to host it in their city. Here is a list of where the past MACNAs have been:

Those of you going may want to read this thread in regard to state law. In a nutshell,if you sell/swap/barter any sw livestock without a license, you're breaking the law. It's crazy but true for now. You can still buy and give things away legally tho.

I could be wrong but I don't think TWRA lists any restrictions on the sale/bartering/swap of corals and aquarium fish here. I had to do a lot of research on what I could and couldn't legally sell when I started breeding snakes and can't remember seeing anything restricting corals and fish here. TWRA is, however, very restrictive when the animal/fish/plant life in question is a native species or closely related to native species.
