Hey guys! Greetings from Tampa! This will be my first MACNA & my wife will be joining me. Could any of you recommend any good places to eat nearby MACNA? Probably some good Cuban food (something like the Columbia if you've been to any of the locations in the Tampa bay area) & maybe some seafood/bar type settings on the water. Also, any good sushi joints nearby also?

Sorry, I haven't been to Hollywood in the past so I have no clue what I'm expecting. Before I forget, any good places that serve up café con leche nearby? I will for sure need my coffee in the mornings! Any good coffee will do.

Thank you for the input!

There is a good cuban place on Hallandale Beach Blvd called Padrinos (been there forever). Over the bridge on left.

There is a place on A1A almost directly across the street for cafe con leche Its a small little pastry shop next to a pizza place.

Also, on the Hollywood Broadwalk there is a sushi place. It's at the beginning of the broadwalk before you get to all the other shops and stuff. It's about a mile north of Diplomat. About a 10-15 minute walk.

Le Tub is also a really cool place on the intercoastal in Hollywood. About a mile and half north.

What about the TIki Bar? I'd definitely listen to OceanMang as he probably knows the area more than anyone else here.

LeTub was voted in the top ten best burgers in the US by both GQ and the food network a few years back.

Padrinos has the best food, my buddy even had their wedding catered by them. Could eat there every meal for the rest of my life. Georgios bistro a little further north is another favorite of ours

Capones Flicker light is a short drive north on the bay side. Cuban, go to El Tropico in Sunny Isles Beach, 170th and Collins Avenue. 4 miles south

In 20 minutes you could go to Sugarcane. Get the duck and waffles. Its one of the best dishes I've ever had and I've eaten at most of the top aces in Dade and Broward. If you want a burger gotten go to Latin house in kendall. Their mad love burger is hard to beat and I consider myself a burger snob.
