Macro and Zoas Cube - 70G - 24"x26"x24"

Just wanted to share a new build with you guys, I saw Andrew posted this tank while I was in France and just knew I had to have it!

Got it from him on Sunday (6/30)

Tank is 24"x26"x24", currently running sumpless until I get a pump / 10g sump to toss under there.

Plan for this tank so far is just macroalgae / seagrass / zoanthid dominated. Maybe some Ricordea in the future.

Fish will either be a breeding pair of Cardinal and smaller fish, or a ton of gobies like my 150G macroalgae tank.

I need to get some more mangroves, some of them start dropping their leaves.. I'm attributing this to them being uprooted and move, hopefully it will bounce back and I can have a lush mangroves forest in my tank

Really nice looking, I am so partial to cubes for some reason. I noticed in the first picture the plumbing was disconnected but in the others it looks to be connected to something. Is this connected to the rest of your setup or a stand-alone?

So far the plumbing is connected but not operational, I am planning to connecting it to a 10g sump. Main reason would be a bit more water stability, skim the water surface, and of course I can remove detritus via mechanical filtration.

Ordered some Star Grass for the tank, should be here next week!

Thank you! As far as equipment goes... I only have 2

- 120w LED (Chinese Brand)
- Jebao Wp-25

Another equipment I will add is probably a return pump when I get the sump.. I might get another Jebao wp-25 in the future once stuff start growing in and the flow decrease, but right now, it's still overkill

Just bought this one, coming next week!

That tunicate is growing really fast! It had tripled in size so far! Currently having it grow on my exposing pvc pipe in the tank to cover it up.
