Also, what is a better method of posting pictures so that people do not have to click on attachments and can see the pictures on the main thread post?

More Pics (not the best quality, but I'm getting better)

As of right now I am trying to experiment with feeding my corals. I have gone through 2 other tank set ups (A mantis shrimp tank and a normal reef, both in my old Aquapod 24) and never really gave my corals anything in terms of food. Hopefully I will see a difference in the growth rates and coloration of my corals.

I have some live phytoplankton that I sparingly use because I have heard that most corals do not consume it, but I have read that it benefits the microfauna. Other than that I have started feeding my rics and blue corallimorph some mysis shrimp that I had been given. I would like to try feeding everything with cyclops-eeze and see how that goes as the corals do not seem to react to the mysis shrimp that much. Maybe the mysis is too large of portions. When I can get my hands some, I would really like to get some live rotifers from UNCW.

Anyone have any suggestions on some corals for me to add to my list? At this point I've got everything that I was originally planning on getting, but it seems like there needs to be more in the middle region of the tank.

Quick update... Just received some new corals from Reefgardener.net. I will have pictures of them up as soon as they open up. My magicians palys have grown 3 new polyps already from the original 2. My bam bams have grown an additional polyp and my blue st. thomas shroom is getting huge. I also traded out my "purple death" palys for a condy cane frag, mainly because they were more of a dark brown-purple color than purple.

At this rate it will become a bubble tip:

FTS as of 11/30/11:

Very Nice Tank, When I go to College Next Year, im do something similar to urs!!!

Thanks, since I probably wont be living in the same place I am now the small size is crucial. Way easier to move than my old 24 gallon which is the reason I got rid of it in the first place.

On a side note I managed to mess up the date on the pictures...

That's one of the most unique looking tanks I've seen. I think the the rock work is really great. Good work and keep the pics coming

New corals in:

Replacement Purple Death Palys, these are much more purple than the last ones:

"Green Eyed Monster" Zoas:
<a href="http://s1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/?action=view&current=IMG_2999.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/IMG_2999.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

A free frag that has peach colored and pink colored zoas on it. I tried and tried to get a good picture but they all came out blurry and you can't really see the colors:

New orange ricordea:

Candy Cane - is splitting into 2 heads:

And here are a bunch of random pictures I took.

Night time:
<a href="http://s1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/?action=view&current=IMG_2950.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/IMG_2950.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
<a href="http://s1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/?action=view&current=IMG_2941.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/IMG_2941.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Side view of ricordea section. I kinda botched the epoxy job when I mounted the new ricodea frag to the rock, hence why it looks strange right now:

Blue Corallimorph eating:
<a href="http://s1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/?action=view&current=IMG_2891.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1213.photobucket.com/albums/cc479/macron1/IMG_2891.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Thats it for now, gonna let everything grow out for a while before I give another FTS. The corals from Reefgardener.net looked exactly like they did in the pictures, and they hooked it up with a nice free frag. Definitely my new favorite site for ordering corals out of the 3 I've tried. Hopefully my hunger to buy more corals has been suppressed for a while..
