From what I see on the MBARI website, with a good helping of estimating, I would guess the fish is no larger than 6".

By the way, it is definetly real. They have much stranger stuff on their website.

Thanks theredben. Isaw a clip were it avoided be collected by a remote unit. 6" or less sounds right.
