The one of the coral banded shrimp would be even better if you had a little more depth of field, OR you were focused on the eyes. Try that for your next shot, having the eyes in focus really gives the picture more punch.
Turn your camera off of auto focus and fix it yourself. You also may try to change your f stop settings and see what you like the best. It is a really cool shot though.

Unfortunately the H50's manual focus isn't very good. Pinpoint manual focus is nearly impossible, which would make macro work on a tripod a living nightmare. You may have to walk closer or farther away from the subject in order to change focus points if the auto focus isn't accurate enough. Again you can't use a tripod with this method unless you have a focusing rail.
I like the shrimp photo from group #1. +1 for Recty's suggestion to focus on the eyes. Colors look a bit saturated to me in the second batch. I suggest not centering all the subjects in your image. Notice how impactful #1 from the second batch is with the mouth not in the center.
