Thanks, maybe a few things but I really didn't notice it a whole lot. I'm a pretty picky eater though, so I imagine I eat more bland than most people. I hope it catches on though cause my skinny butt could use a little weight.

I quit once about six years ago by going to a hypnotist and it worked for about a year and a half, this time I think I'll hit myself in the hand with a hammer every time I try to go into a circle k to buy a pack... lol

Great job! I quit smoking on November 12th, cold turkey. First couple weeks were rough but now I barely think about it.
