Would that be enough for a return pump on a 300 gallon tank? I will also have 4 korilla4 power heads. This will be a FOWLR set-up.

imo , what works for me is about 4-6 times flow of the DT thru the sump. depending on how big your sump is. i have a 75 sump on my 180 and have a mag 18. i get about 900-1000 gph flow but my sump is split into 3 chamber. the outsides flow into the center. on my fuge i have less flow for more exposure time. my chaeto is doubling weekly from the slow flow and single 6500k 23 watt bulb.
