Mag drive help

My Mag 12 impellar just exploded. The magnet came flying apart and it's my return pump on my tank.

Can you please tell me if the new impellars come with the magnet and everything on them?

Also how do I know if I need the model A or the model B. I need to know this asap as I need to get this ordered.

What's your average turn around on an order to IA 50619? From order to delivery? Thanks

Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you had a magnet go bad on your Mag pump. The new impellers do include the entire magnet, shaft, and impeller. If your pump is more than a few years old there is a chance it could be Model A. If you look at the label on it it should say which model it is. Most likely you have a Model B pump though.

We do have the impellers in stock and could have one shipped to you immediately. If you place your order by 2pm eastern time tomorrow we will have it to you by Friday afternoon via standard UPS Ground, or if you select next day air you would have it on Thursday morning.

Hi Matt,

I saw you placed the order. I actually changed it from USPS shipping over to UPS, for the same price you will get it a day earlier (Friday) by doing this, since the US Mail orders will not ship until tomorrow.

I looked at the pump after posting this and noticed it said model B on it so I went ahead and ordered it last night!

Thanks for bumping up the shipping hopefully that will help save some livestock!

Got my impellar today and got the pump running again. The pump is actually much quieter now too.
