Mag drive question

Does anyone know if the Supreme pondmaster pump #pm-3 is saltwater safe if used submerged? It looks identical to the mag drive pump. The four screws for impeller access appear to be stainless steel, is that how the mag is also? Will the stainless screws be a problem?

Good question,
I asked myself the same thing when I used mine.
That was 5 years ago, with no problems or rust on the screws.

I think the only difference is the Pond pump is UL approved and has a longer electrical cord.
