MAg7 help! pics

after taking my mag7 apart to clean and use for something. it hasnt been working properly. when i turn it on it sounds awful and squirts water about every 1/2 second.

do i have everything? is it in the proper order?

It's hard to tell with the second picture, but where did you put the washers?

Looks misaligned somehow. Is there some part that fits inside the black piece with the impeller blades on it? It looks like that's maybe rattling around and causing the noise issue.
