Hey Rob, hopefully we can get some more interest! Obviously a few lbs would last the average reefer possibly years. I think it runs around the same prices as the Dowflake ($1 or so a lb), with Dowflake, Magflake, and baking soda u'd be set. I drip kalk 24/7 but want to get this for adjustments and to bring IO (very low in Mg) mixed salt up to acceptable levels for water changes.

Well as luck would have it, I cant find anywhere that sells it less than a pallet at a time! I have tried to use the search function with no luck either. But I did find a place that sells it in 4lb quantities for $5.99, shipping is $8.40 for one, does not change much as you order more, example 10 bags is $10.25 shipping. When I bought a 50 lb bag of dow flake they charged me $22 shipping, so I would assume it's the same for this.
Edit: sorry, just realized they don't sell magflake there, only dowflake. Too bad cause they have great prices.

Yeah I agree about the taking advantage, but, even with that, its still a TON cheaper than Kent or Seachem or any of those. Heck, even epsom salts is $1 or more per pound from the drugstore, so not much price difference if there are many to split the shipping costs. I am still searching for other options though.

http://www.harveysalt.com/prod01.htm I talked to Brent here, he said each 50lb bag shipped would be $45-$50, he was guessing on the shipping. I am thinking it might be less, each bag is $15 plus the shipping (way better than buckeye), they are out of Baltimore, MD. If you want a full bag, might as well order it yourself, he said no deal on only a few bags.
