I've never used one, but I'm thinking about it. It is supposed to be similar to the other fluidized reactors with a couple exceptions. One, you can't see the media, so you have to be careful about too much flow or media that is too soft. Second, the reactor has 300 micron top and bottom screens to keep the media in place. The best part about that is that you can load the filter, assemble it, and then rinse it under running water to get rid of dust. You can't do that with the others.
