Magnet mount for a nanostream 6025 broke

I have a pair of nanostream 6025 powerheads, and I noticed today that one of them is wobbling around in the mount. I pulled the powerhead out of the mount, and it looks like both sides of it are cracked. Can someone tell me how to get a replacement?
