magnifica on LA. healthy?

my last one did the same exact thing you said. i had a good one last year and kept it for a few months and then something went wrong in my tank and killed everything.

new pics. looks a lot better. i added another powerhead because only one side was getting flow and now it looks like this. =D. this is what the one i had last year looked like. mouth is closed. i think he looks great! what do you think?

He looks great after just a few hours. Now just hope that he continue to look great and not deflate too often. Don't feed him yet for a few days. I would not feed him until he does not deflate at all for three days or more. Feed finely chopped food, and not too much of it.

thanks. some his tentacles deflate every 10-15 minutes but most of them always look good and it's base hasn't deflated. what other signs should i be looking for?

hes deflating a little but hes probly still acclimating. everything in my tank always looks worse when my lights are off.

Any updates? I'm sort of in the same boat as you right now. I'm hoping my mag is going to work itself out too.

unfortunately he passed away. =[[ i am not going to try and keep them anymore. they are still my favorite anemone and maybe someday i will get another. but for now i'll let them stay in the ocean. good luck with yours and i hope it does better.
