Steve, I have a neptune auto feeder and I feed a mix of neptune Crossover Diet and New Life Thera+. All of my fish seem to love that stuff. They all eat it. Sometimes I put some Nori in for the tangs, but they all look over fed to me. Obviously the FoxFace was a new addition and there is some adjustment (as in 3 feedings instead of 2). Anyway There is a fair amount of natural algae for the fish to eat.

Well I purchased one yesterday. I've been watching him at the store the last few visits. I picked him and a wrasse up and they are in QT now. The wrasse was eating pellets within a few hours and the foxface was chomping on some algae that was growing on the back glass. Both were eating pellets this morning. Going to put some nori in before heading off to work.

I have a magnificent, and a blue spot in a mixed reef, and they will eat anything I feed, but have never touched any corals, but they are in a 400 established tank.

I absolutely LOVE fox faces. I had to sell mine as I was upgrading but am. Getting another one. Mine just crushed the algae in my tank and was just too cool for school. Nobody bugged him and bugged nobody. Just algaes worst enemy

Yeah, mine was great at eating algae too. Never had a spec of bubble algae in my reef until after my fox face died. Now its all over. Definitely getting another.
