Good day all,
A very Sad day for me, I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. The distributor that I had purchased my P Plus2 in the states, is no longer handling these units. I purchased the unit in 2007 and it has been running flawlessly since then.
My dilemma started last evening when the unit shut down, there was a electrical smell and it was determined by me that the Dc converter soldered to the main board failed. It was super hot to the touch. Needless to say I am dead in the water, "No pun intended."
I am at a total loss as what to do here, According to warranty and or support I am to contact my resaler, Can anyone point me in the right direction???
