Majestic Angel Sick?

I ordered this last week, it arrived on Tuesday. It is in a QT with the Tusk I ordered. The picture is blurry but there are white splotches on the skin, almost like the color is faded, kinda slimy looking. Some places seem a little swollen. The fish has ate very little if any since I have had it. I've tried brine, mysis, nori, and emerald entree. Not sure what this is or what you recommend. The tusk seems ok, it eats very well. I kept the boxfish I ordered from Divers den in the same QT for two weeks and it is doing great now in the DT so I don't think there was already a parasite/disease in the tank. I did put one dose of prazipro in on Wednesday, just in case. Water params are good (pH 8.3, Amm 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 15). Any suggestions would be great.

We apologize for the problems you are having with the fish you received. The white splotches on the fish may be due to either a bacterial or fungal infection and would not respond to the use of the PraziPro, as this product should be used any time unwanted parasites are noticed or introduction is probable. We recommend using an appropriate medication for this infection and keeping the water quality ideal in order for the fish to completely heal.

If you could offer a clearer picture of the fish we may be better able to determine what you are seeing on the fish.
