Majestic angel wierd orange growth

My majestic angel has an orange round shaped growth on its side about the size of a small pencil eraser. Not sure if its an injury or disease. I have a large foxface in the tank could it have spikes the majestic ?

I had something like that before on the fins of several of my clownfish. There it seemed to be something like a wart. It never seemed to harmed my fish.
My current percula female has one too. But if I catch her the next time I will remove it surgically.

Though I would need to see a picture and a detailed description to be sure what your fish has is the same.
