Make and Model of wide powerhead?

What is the make and model of that wide oscillating powerhead? Looks like two pipes coming horizontal off the middle and looks like it oscillates? Saw them on a couple of build threads and now cannot find them!

Make and Model of wide powerhead?

Just be aware that this style pump requires more maintenance than other popular pumps. It doesn't make them bad, but just take it into consideration. Also worth noting is that the first run of them had some problems, which I think have all been ironed out.
