where the crack is there is no way I cna do it from the inside, the opening is to small.
I plan on overkill, use the weldon than epoxy on top of that

man o man, I tell you my luck
making RO/di water today, ANOTHER clear casing broke off the ro/di...2nd time this year...Im just hand tightening it too...looks like a new one will be ordered tomorrow.
Huge THANK YOU to to Kegogut and Smack for bringing me glue to seal up the cracked skimmer, as of today it is holding water( and yes kego the weldon 16 held onto the pvc, but to be safe, I got some goop and covered it just in case)
I decided to go in sump instead of out of sump, works better this way for me.
Im like 20 gallon short of starting this sucker up, gonna wait until tomorrow to run to lfs and get some ro/di so i can start the 100% official test

If I remember right you said you do not have a pressure gauge on your RO/DI unit. You may want to put one on. I am not far from you and I have to regulate the pressure down because I can get 90PSI and sometimes a little higher at my house. Anything over 80PSI is typically to much. Most water systems are rated to 80PSI. So if you are flipping your RO/DI system on quickly and hitting it with 90 PSI that is most likely why they are cracking. Or your just incredibly strong.

You can order the back flush kit and gauge and install them yourself.

quick update, I think I got the cloudiness under control, went to go put the light anchors up today and some freaking duct work is right in my damn way.
so i guess im gonna get some cable conduit and go that route

Can you just wrap the wire around the duct? Maybe get some magnets?

I moved everything from the 75 to the 120 last night. only a few branches of coral got broke, and so far all the fish have made it, though I cant find the Mal wrasse. I assume hes hiding for a few days. Ill post pics when im able to get my 2nd light up
