Making a Sump

I looked throught the DIY forums and could not find out how to make a sump. I want to understand what they do for us and how to make one. Thanks

they are mostly to put the things in we don't want in our display Heaters skimmers ect...

I like to use an old aquarium its the cheapest way out.

Click on the sump link in the bottom left. These sumps are acrylic but you can make one out of an ordinary glass aquarium.
