making rock

Im going to make some rock this afternoon if anyone would like to give it a try, let me know or come on by.

There is always another time..... I think I'll have some left of 94lbs of porlland cement and 300 lbs of shell, crushed coral and sand.

I'm going to make about 25 lbs of plugs so there should be some left .

thanks for the demo! that was pretty cool, and i like the fact its so cheap, and you can make it the way you want it to look! hopefull the wall one turns out how ya wanted it too..

I'm real happy with it so far, this is the background I made and after a week of curing it will go in for an acid bath and then soak for a month. then you wont be able to tell the difference in the color.

Are the smooth round holes for frag plugs? Or just texture? It looks good. That will be part of the back of tank- correct? I'm still at work, been here since Saturday morning, get to go home tomorrow. See Ya, Steve.

He made those holes for his frag plugs. I believe this is going to be a side wall.

It is a side wall and the holes will hold frag plugs.

I want to get a small rock boring urchin, I would hope that it is close to its natural home and it will stay off the glass.
