I have had a 3.5 inch Male BlueThroat Triggerfish in my reef tank for about 1 month now. I decided to put in a female BlueThroat Triggerfish today. Well, the results were not what I was expecting. The female is about .5" bigger than the male, but he still is chasing her around the tank, and they are both like competing for something. Neither one of them is biting, just chasing and showing off to each other. I know that this is stressing both of them out so I would like for it to be stopped. Do triggers normally do this? If so, how do I stop it and if not what is going wrong with them?
Thanks for your help,
Seth
