Male Chasing Female?

Hello all,

I have a 28 all in one cube with a pair of True Percula Black onyx clowns, an Athias, and a few corals. I have had the fish for about a month and for some reason the Male clown (the smaller of the two) chases the Female clown (the larger of the two) around the tank here and there throughout the day and has done this pretty much since I got them.

I'm curious why he is doing this... Is it a problem?

I know they males do this before spawning but he does it too often to be from spawning.

They were a mated pair from my LFS who had them for about 6 months before I bought them.

On another note, has anyone successfully kept an Anthias in this size tank? The LFS sold it to me, after a few weeks (before I researched them, I know... my fault...) I noticed the Anthias chases the clowns once in a while so I started researching Anthias's and most all of them req 50 gallons or more which annoys me because the guy at the fish store knew the size of my tank. (sorry might not belong in this section but figured I would ask).

Thanks for any help
