Mandarin "eating" my yellow tang?!!?!

As you can see in my photo my mandarin is sucking/eating my yellow tang. He has plenty of bugs to munch on and ive had him over a year, any idea why he would be doing this? Has been stuck on him for an hour so far....

Could the mandarin be acting as a cleaner? I figure the tang would just slice the mandarin if he didn't like it.

Yea I was wondering the same thing. The tang seems to not be bothered by it, It released shortly after I posted, no serious damage to his fin but you can see where he was latched on.
