Mandarin sick?

I have this male Mandarin for over 2 years now.
Since beginning this week the belly got bigger & bigger.
So, what's wrong? Didn't change food supply.
If it wouldn't be a male I would say the Mandarin is pregnant.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Looks like it's baby time, I've seen them like that for a while untill they find a mate they won't release the eggs

Lots of possibilities... could be an intestinal obstruction, swim bladder disorder, tumor, etc. You can a) Wait it out and see what happens OR b) QT & treat with antibiotics and/or metronidazole. Neither are "good" options IMHO, as there is no clear diagnosis. So, it's a judgement call.
