Mandarins have spawned, what now?

Hi there, just wondering if anyone can offer me some advice on how to raise Mandarin fry. As my Mandarins are spawning regularly I thought I might try and grow some out. Any success stories or pointers out there?

There is a guy in chicago who has gotten to day 16 with these fish.His name is Matt Pederson.He has a thread here.Do a google advanced search and use Rc domain.He hangs at a nother site now.
