mandarins - How many ?

Hello
I was wondering how many mandarins could be kept in a 110 gal tank ?
I have a 55 gal tank with one blue mandarin
I've hade him for 3 years and it's everyones favorite
I will be upgrading to a 110, and wanted to know....
how many ?
would they have to be a male and a female ?
could you put a blue and a spotted together ?
I've read that mandarins will not tolerate another of its own kind
then I read that they have succesfully spawned in a home aquarium.

also... what do you feed , I have plenty of live rock + refugium
I feed live brine every now and then, but thats it

get one of the opposite sex, you have now. males have a larger dorsal fin/spine.

Definitely opposite sex, and I'd say of the same color...no sense frustrating them, and they do put on a pretty mating dance.

when I upgrade I will add a female
I will indroduce them at the same time in the 110 gal
