Mandarins

I have not done any breeding work in a few years, I helped a friend make a setup for clowns, and am looking to get back into the hobby with the pair of mandarins dragonets I own. One is a female and the other a male but they are not paired up. The male is in my show tank and the female in a smaller support tank. The basic gist of what I would like to know is what would I need to set up and how, if possible, to get my 2 little guys together as a mates pair. I have the room and time to make the perfect system so I guess this is a cross between DIY and breeding.
