Mandarin's

How many mandarins has this been offered to with success? Just because it works for one person's (or even a few), doesn't mean it will work for all mandarins. I have a mandarin (2 years) that eats frozen brine, mysis, and even flake at times, but I would not imply that this would work for ALL mandarins. I consider this info anecdotal at best.

It would be great if it did work for all...I hope lots of you have good luck with it. Keep this thread updated.

Id be interested in trying this idea out -- I dont own a mandarin now because my pseudochromis and wrasse are too efficient w/ my live rock. but I d consider trying one out if this works -- $70 a can is a bit much to try unless people can show me proof w/ video

I agree, if it was but a guarantee mandarins ate the stuff...i would fork it out for the little guys

Having a big copepod population is still a safe way to go.

I am interested in its nutriotional value.

well I think this idea is only for people w/ a workable pod population in their tanks. Take some pressure of the lil' guys and fatten up the mandarin

i dont think it would be a good idea to buy a mandarin for a fishonly tank and just shove roe in his face

Wow, I gotta try this, so its perfectly safe for the mandarins?

My local 99 Ranch Market sells this in the Sashimi Section , along with hotpot stuff. I love eating the eggs too, I eat it like rice!
