Manifold/Pump for 20S SPS?

what would you all recommend for a CL manifold (ie. number of outputs) and a good pump on a 20G? I was looking at a Panworld 50PxX-30DX (1110 gph) for the pump. is that too much?

I think that would be very good.

I have a 50px on a closed loop in my 29gal. That is in addition to a 40px return, and a sieo m820. The water flow is decent.
