Hello everyone im new to RC but i have about 2.5yrs of previous saltwater experience but im getting kinda bored with my "big" tank so i was planning to set-up a nano reef, when i found this forum and i thought that it would be way cooler to build a mantis nano. Ive got a couple of questions about this setup.
I want to have some hermits and snails for ease of maintence. (spelling?) Is there any mantis species that wont just crush and eat them but still eat smaller crabs and stuff? ( I wanna feed it with live foods aswell)
Secondly about the mantis, I want a species that will live in LR , be easy to keep and dont destroy corals.
About the tank: Ive ordered a 12x12x12 inch cube so i cant have a thick layer of sand, but i will have a kinda mountain of live rock in the middle. This is my inspiration source: http://www.nano-reef.com/gallery/data/500/new_tank24.JPG
