Here are my two bablies (yes, I am thankfully down to just two now, the first two I ever got), and the tank I put together for them. Closer to finished but, as always, I'm sure more upgrades are inevitable.

Photos courtesy of the GRIMREEFERS.com bb. For many, many mantis pics go check out their photo gallery - it is growing by leaps and bounds and has quite a variety now.

Hey T-T-Trigger(M-M-mantis...you can't hide),

One of yours has legs like my little Baron von Munchausen (G. Viridis), the same bright yellow.

Why the downsizing? Were they plotting against you.

Here I sit , with you as inspiration, building (or at least planing the sub divisions) of my 55G mantis Super Hotel (6 sections+ refugium, 7 Mantis), and you sell/give away the little buggers.

Because I also have a FO tank to take care of, and these were the most interesting and personable in addition to being my first two.

Aha...

I hope that I'm up for a mantis Hotel...I am pretty good at minutae when it is something that I love (like Mantis Shrimp).

In lighter news, I just returned from a LFS (the one that hates Mantis Shrimp) with some water for a change, a device to test my salinity and instant ocean and some awesome looking smaller frags of LR.

One had a bunch of algae all over it (Yes, I intentionally added algae, but it looks nice).
The real score was a piece with about a dozen little (dime sized at most) corals like the one that your girl is hiding behind in that pic above. I'm not sure what sort it is, but at 3.99 a pound for the LR, I'm pretty happy with the bonus.
